In which order are bonuses processed if I have several bonuses pending?
Where can I find my tickets?
To find your Poker tickets, log into the Poker lobby and click on 'Tickets' (top left hand-side) or go into 'My account' and click 'tickets'.
How can I use my tickets?
Click on a ticket to have its details displayed and you can click 'play on the ticket' to launch the relevant game directly if the game is available to register.
You will also often see a 'T' symbol shown next to tournaments in the tournament lobby; these are games your tickets will gain entry to. Just click 'Register Now' on the tournament to use your ticket.
In which order are bonuses processed if I have several bonuses pending?
When you have more than one bonus pending at any one time, a 'bonus queue' is activated.
Any points generated will be allotted to the first bonus in the queue.
Once the Status Point requirement for the first bonus in the queue has been satisfied, this bonus will be redeemed. Subsequent points earned will then contribute towards the second bonus in the queue...and so on.
The order of the bonus queue cannot be changed. Once a bonus expires, the next bonus is moved up the queue to be addressed.
