Key Information
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, data subjects have the right to access their personal data via a Subject Access Request. Requested information will be provided free of charge and within a month, except in circumstances of numerous or complex requests.
Please note that betting and transaction history can be accessed from within your online account and does not require you to submit a Subject Access Request.
How do I raise a SAR?
To make the process as efficient as possible for our customers, we have an online form available which can be completed electronically and emailed to the Data Protection Team at subjectrights.sbg@skybet.com.
The form is not mandatory however please ensure that the customer information required in the form is included with requests made in other formats, as well as a copy of ID.

How will I receive my SAR?
- Your SAR will be provided to you in a ZIP file format.
- Your data will be password protected, and your password will be sent separately.
